Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Begin with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition. This step is critical for ensuring the safety and longevity of the incinerator's operation.
2) Before the powerful burner ignites, it is crucial to set the induced draft fan in motion, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is skillfully transported via expertly crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance and optimal results.
3) Solid waste is seamlessly introduced into the advanced rotary kiln via an expertly designed feeding system. 4) The flue gas, a byproduct of the rotary kiln's intensive operation, advances to the secondary chamber. Here, incineration by-products like ash and slag are expelled with exceptional efficiency using an ingenious wet scraper mechanism, ensuring operations run smoothly and immaculately.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas experiences unparalleled combustion. Organic waste liquid introduction raises the temperature to a powerful 1100ºC, intensifying the incineration process. This results in a smokeless, odorless finish with no secondary pollution as the flue gas remains for a precise 4 seconds, ensuring total decomposition of trace organics and dioxins. The decomposition efficiency surpasses an impressive 99.99%. The chamber's sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy effectively minimizes nitrogen oxide formation, further promoting environmental safety.
6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas transitions to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is expertly neutralized by centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas and readying it for subsequent treatment stages.
7) Once the cyclone process is complete, the flue gas moves to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump skillfully directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into a fine mist of droplets. These droplets encounter the rising hot flue gas, creating a dense suspended droplet area and rapidly cooling to 200ºC in a split second.
