2) Before the powerful burner sparks the ignition, it's crucial to set the induced draft fan in motion, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is skillfully transported via expertly crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance.
3) In the cutting-edge realm of waste management, solid waste is meticulously introduced into the rotary kiln via our state-of-the-art feeding system. 5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas experiences superior combustion dynamics. 6) Upon leaving the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to our water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, the expert application of centrifugal force neutralizes ash content effectively, purifying the flue gas and preparing it for subsequent treatment phases.
7) Following its journey through the cyclone, the flue gas moves into the semi-dry quench tower. A highly efficient pressure pump guides the reaction tower to the pinnacle of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets.
