Process flow description:
Light diesel oil is precisely delivered to the burner via oil pipelines, with an automatic ignition system gradually elevating furnace temperatures. Within just 30 minutes, the system reaches the required temperature, activating the waste conveying system. Waste particles are meticulously crushed and transported by a high-pressure fan into the combustion chamber. Guided by the 3T principle—temperature, time, turbine flow—the waste undergoes oxidative pyrolysis and combustion. Post-combustion, tail gas undergoes high-temperature oxidation in a multi-hulltype secondary chamber equipped with three gravity dust collectors for effective dust capture. Flue gas enters a waste heat boiler, is cooled, and recycled into steam for factory operations, maximizing resource utilization. The air heat exchanger further cools and heats fresh air for factory use. Dust collectors and a spray system ensure thorough dust removal and washing, finally releasing standard gas through a chimney. Burned ashes are examined for precious metal oxides and appropriately managed. Liquid interfaces are reserved for spray-incinerable waste liquids.
