Process Flow Description:
The process begins with light diesel oil transported to the burner via oil pipelines. The automatic ignition system gradually raises the furnace temperature. After reaching the desired temperature, waste is introduced through the conveying system, where it is crushed and sent into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Adhering to the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion. Tail gases are further burned and oxidized at high temperatures in the secondary combustion chamber, equipped with a multi-hull structure and three gravity dust collectors to capture dust. Flue gases are then directed into a waste heat boiler, cooled, and recycled as steam for factory use, with precious metal oxides recovered. Subsequently, gases enter an air heat exchanger, warming fresh air for factory utilization and further cooling. Cooled gases pass through dust collectors to eliminate tiny dust particles and recover metal oxides. The spray system provides additional dust removal and washing, with standard gases released into the atmosphere via the chimney. Burnt ashes are checked for precious metal oxides and transferred to a landfill. Liquid interfaces are reserved for waste liquid that can be incinerated.
