Process flow description:
Light diesel oil is delivered to the burner via the oil pipeline, where the automatic ignition system steadily increases the furnace temperature. Within half an hour, the furnace reaches the desired temperature, and the waste conveying system activates. Waste particles are crushed and sent into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Adhering to the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion. Post-combustion, the tail gas is re-burned and oxidized at high temperatures in the secondary combustion chamber, equipped with a multi-hull type design and three gravity dust collectors for optimal dust capture. Flue gas then undergoes cooling and recycling in the waste heat boiler, transforming into vital steam for on-site use, alongside the recovery of valuable metal oxides. Further cooling occurs via the air heat exchanger, with cooled flue gas directed to the dust collector for fine dust and precious metal oxide retrieval. A spray system enhances dust removal and washing, ensuring that the final standard gas is safely exhausted through the chimney. Precious metal oxides in ashes are assessed before landfill transfer. Liquid interfaces are reserved for combustible waste liquid, which can be sprayed into the furnace as needed.
