Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition, ensuring safety and efficiency from the very start.
2) Prior to the ignition of the mighty burner, it is of paramount importance to activate the induced draft fan, initiating an exhaustive five-minute purging ritual of the furnace. This meticulous procedure guarantees both safety and operational efficiency as the diesel fuel is expertly transported through meticulously engineered pipelines, culminating in its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled ascent towards peak performance.
3) Solid waste is adeptly introduced into the rotary kiln through a cutting-edge feeding system. This sophisticated apparatus maintains the combustion temperature steadfastly at 850ºC via precise oxygen regulation, ensuring optimal efficacy. In parallel, waste liquid is seamlessly channeled into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber through dedicated conduits, facilitating flawless processing and integration for superior performance.
4) The flue gas, a byproduct of the rotary kiln's intense operations, journeys to the secondary chamber. Here, incineration by-products such as ash and slag are efficiently expelled through an innovative wet scraper mechanism, ensuring smooth and immaculate operations.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes unparalleled combustion. The introduction of organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to a formidable 1100ºC, intensifying the incineration process. This achieves a smokeless, odorless finish with zero secondary pollution, as the flue gas remains here for a precise 4 seconds. This meticulous process ensures the complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving an impressive decomposition efficiency exceeding 99.99%. The precise breakdown of residual organic components and carbon particles occurs at approximately 1100ºC. The chamber's sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy effectively minimizes nitrogen oxide formation, further enhancing environmental safety.
6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is expertly neutralized by centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas and preparing it for subsequent stages of treatment.
7) After exiting the cyclone, the flue gas proceeds to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump adeptly directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. These droplets encounter the hot ascending flue gas, forming a dense suspended droplet area and rapidly cooling to 200ºC within a second. This swift action effectively halts dioxin regeneration and extinguishes any lingering sparks, thereby safeguarding the cloth bag from potential fires.
8) The flue gas then enters the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These critical stages are instrumental in eliminating acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring it meets stringent environmental standards for purity.
9) After traversing the spray tower, the flue gas is released into the atmosphere via the chimney, assisted by an induced draft fan that ensures its smooth exit, thereby minimizing environmental impact.
