flow description: The sophisticated system begins with light diesel oil efficiently delivered to the burner via an oil pipeline. With the automatic ignition system, the furnace slowly rises in temperature, taking about 30 minutes to reach the desired level. Upon reaching this set temperature, the waste conveying system is activated. Waste, processed into manageable particles through our crusher device, is sent into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Employing the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), the waste undergoes oxidative pyrolysis and combustion within the furnace. The tail gas is subjected to a secondary burn and high-temperature oxidation in our multi-hull secondary combustion chamber, equipped with a tri-gravity dust collector to capture most dust particles. The ensuing flue gas enters a waste heat boiler for cooling, converting into steam for factory reuse, alongside recycling precious metal oxides to ensure comprehensive utilization. Subsequently, the air heat exchanger heats fresh air for factory use and further cools the flue gas. The cooled gas is then directed to a dust collector for fine dust removal and precious metal oxide recovery, followed by additional dust removal and washing via a spray system. Ultimately, standard gas is released into the atmosphere through a chimney by the exhaust fan. Any precious metal oxides present in the ashes are recovered and disposed of in a landfill, while liquid interfaces are reserved for combustible waste liquids, enabling them to be sprayed into the furnace for complete burning.
