Additionally, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, achieving extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter elimination. Furnace selection meets rigorous standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Before the powerful burner sparks the ignition, it's crucial to set the induced draft fan in motion, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is skillfully transported via expertly crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance.
3) Solid waste is expertly introduced into the rotary kiln through a state-of-the-art feeding system. This sophisticated mechanism ensures the combustion temperature is meticulously maintained at an exact 850ºC via precision oxygen control, guaranteeing optimal efficiency and performance. Simultaneously, waste liquid is seamlessly directed into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber through dedicated pipelines, facilitating flawless processing and integration to ensure superior performance.
4) The flue gas, a by-product of the rotary kiln's intense operation, is meticulously channeled to the secondary combustion chamber. Here, incineration by-products such as ash and slag are efficiently expelled through an innovative wet scraper mechanism, ensuring smooth operations that are both seamless and immaculate.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes exceptional combustion. The introduction of organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to a formidable 1100ºC, intensifying the incineration process to achieve a smokeless, odorless finish with zero secondary pollution. The flue gas remains in this chamber for a precise 4 seconds, ensuring complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins. This process achieves an impressive decomposition efficiency of over 99.99%, as trace organic components and carbon particles undergo precise breakdown at approximately 1100ºC. The chamber's sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy effectively minimizes nitrogen oxide formation, further enhancing environmental safety.
6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas progresses to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Within this sophisticated system, ash content is expertly neutralized by centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas as it is prepared for subsequent stages of treatment.
7) After exiting the cyclone, the flue gas moves to the semi-dry quench tower. Here, a pressure pump adeptly directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. These droplets interact with the hot ascending flue gas, forming a dense suspended droplet area and rapidly cooling to 200ºC within a second. This swift action effectively halts dioxin regeneration and extinguishes any residual sparks, safeguarding the cloth bag from potential fires.
8) The flue gas proceeds to enter the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These vital stages play a crucial role in the elimination of acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring that the gas meets stringent environmental purity standards.
9) Upon traversing the spray tower, the flue gas is gracefully released into the atmosphere via the chimney. This release is smoothly facilitated by an induced draft fan, ensuring a minimal environmental impact and seamless exit.
