flow description: The process begins with light diesel oil being delivered to the burner through an oil pipeline. The automatic ignition system gradually raises the furnace temperature, and within half an hour, it reaches the set threshold. Once optimal conditions are met, the waste conveying system is activated, crushing waste particles and channeling them into the combustion chamber via a high-pressure fan. Adhering to the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), the waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion within the chamber. Post-combustion, tail gas is further oxidized at high temperatures in the secondary combustion chamber. This multi-hull chamber incorporates three gravity dust collectors to efficiently capture dust. The flue gas then enters a waste heat boiler for cooling, recycling into steam for factory use, and recovering valuable metal oxides, achieving comprehensive utilization. Subsequently, the air heat exchanger heats fresh air for factory use and further cooling, with cooled flue gas progressing to a dust collector for additional dust removal and oxide recovery. A spray system performs further dust removal and washing, ultimately discharging standard gas into the atmosphere via the chimney, assisted by an exhaust fan. Precious metal oxides are extracted from the burned ashes and transferred to a landfill. Liquid interfaces are reserved, allowing incineration of burnable waste liquids via furnace spraying.
