The innovative flue gas directional system continuously agitates waste for uniform heating, with waste residence time of 0.5-1 hour, ensuring comprehensive thermal treatment and organic matter obliteration.
Additionally, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, achieving extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter elimination. Furnace selection meets rigorous standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. Post-cooling, flue gas purification meticulously removes acidic components, nitrogen oxides, and captures harmful particles and dust, ensuring vigilant component selection.
The Incinerator Device comprises the following components:
Feed hydraulic transmission system, waste liquid conduit, structural rotary kiln, primary burner, secondary combustion chamber, secondary burner, water-cooled cyclone dust collector, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation unit, exhaust fan, standalone chimney, alkali storage and delivery, lye pump, blower, comprehensive air supply system, electrical network, instrumentation control, automated ash disposal, installation platforms, and support structures.
Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Before the powerful burner sparks the ignition, it's crucial to set the induced draft fan in motion, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is skillfully transported via expertly crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance.
3) Solid waste enters the rotary kiln with precision, thanks to a cutting-edge feeding system. This advanced technology ensures consistent combustion at 850ºC through meticulous oxygen management, optimizing efficiency. Concurrently, waste liquid is expertly channeled into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber through dedicated pipelines, integrating seamlessly for outstanding performance.
4) As the rotary kiln operates intensely, the resultant flue gas transitions to the secondary chamber. Here, incineration by-products such as ash and slag are expelled with exceptional efficiency using an innovative wet scraper mechanism. This ensures operations are smooth and immaculate.
5) In the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas experiences enhanced combustion. The introduction of organic waste liquid raises the temperature to an impressive 1100ºC, enhancing the incineration process. This results in a smokeless, odorless finish with no secondary pollution, as the flue gas remains for exactly 4 seconds. This duration ensures thorough decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving a remarkable decomposition efficiency exceeding 99.99%. The precise breakdown of residual organics and carbon particles occurs around 1100ºC. The chamber's advanced multi-stage combustion strategy effectively reduces nitrogen oxide formation, significantly boosting environmental safety.
6) After leaving the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas enters the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, centrifugal force expertly neutralizes ash content, significantly purifying the flue gas and preparing it for subsequent treatment stages.
7) Once it exits the cyclone, the flue gas advances to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump skillfully directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, converting it into fine droplets. These droplets interact with the hot ascending flue gas, creating a dense suspended droplet area and quickly cooling to 200ºC within a second. This rapid cooling effectively halts dioxin regeneration and extinguishes any residual sparks, protecting the cloth bag from potential fires.
8) The flue gas then proceeds to the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These essential stages are crucial for removing acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring it meets stringent environmental purity standards.
9) After passing through the spray tower, the flue gas is released into the atmosphere through the chimney, aided by an induced draft fan that ensures a smooth exit, thus minimizing environmental impact.
