Furthermore, an advanced secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates produced gases, reaching extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter eradication. Furnace specifications comply with stringent standards, with temperatures ≥1100ºC and a flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Begin with the blower to meticulously expel any residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly lowering explosion risk during ignition.
2) Prior to the powerful burner ignition, it's imperative to activate the induced draft fan, allowing a thorough five-minute purge of the furnace. This careful process ensures safety and efficacy as the diesel fuel is expertly directed through precision-engineered pipelines, culminating in its accurate ignition by the burners. The radiant heat artfully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, guaranteeing a controlled and steady rise for superior performance.
3) Solid waste is expertly introduced into the rotary kiln through a state-of-the-art feeding system. This sophisticated mechanism maintains the combustion temperature meticulously at 850ºC through precise oxygen control, ensuring exceptional efficiency. Concurrently, waste liquid is seamlessly directed into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via specialized pipelines, facilitating flawless processing and perfect integration for superior operational performance.
4) The flue gas, a by-product of the rotary kiln's intense operation, is channeled to the secondary chamber. Here, incineration residues like ash and slag are expelled with remarkable efficiency through a groundbreaking wet scraper mechanism, ensuring seamless and immaculate operations.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas experiences exceptional combustion. The introduction of organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to an impressive 1100ºC, intensifying the incineration process. This results in a smokeless, odorless finish with zero secondary pollution, as the flue gas remains here for a precise duration of 4 seconds. This guarantees complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving a phenomenal decomposition efficiency of over 99.99%. The precise breakdown of residual organic components and carbon particles occurs at approximately 1100ºC. The chamber's advanced multi-stage combustion strategy effectively minimizes nitrogen oxide formation, further enhancing environmental safety.
6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas proceeds to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is expertly neutralized by centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas and preparing it for subsequent stages of advanced treatment.
7) After exiting the cyclone, the flue gas advances to the semi-dry quench tower. A powerful pressure pump deftly directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. These droplets encounter the hot ascending flue gas, forming a dense suspended droplet area and rapidly cooling to 200ºC within a second. This swift action effectively halts dioxin regeneration and extinguishes any lingering sparks, safeguarding the cloth bag from potential fires.
8) The flue gas then enters the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These essential stages are instrumental in eliminating acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring that it adheres to stringent environmental standards for purity.
9) After traversing the spray tower, the flue gas is released into the atmosphere via the chimney, aided by an induced draft fan that ensures its smooth exit, thereby minimizing any environmental impact.
