Process flow description:
Light diesel oil is smoothly delivered to the burner via the oil pipeline. The automatic ignition system steadily elevates furnace temperature, and after just half an hour, reaching the predetermined level, the waste conveying system is activated. Waste particles, crushed finely by a dedicated crusher, are transferred into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan, adhering to the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow). This process ensures complete oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion. The tail gas undergoes a secondary burn in an innovative multi-hull secondary combustion chamber, featuring a tri-gravity dust collector that expertly captures the majority of dust particles. Flue gas enters the waste heat boiler, facilitating cooling and recycling into steam for factory use, and recovers precious metal oxides. The process continues as flue gases are cooled in an air heat exchanger, reheating fresh air for factory use. Cool flue gases are directed to a dust collector to remove fine dust and recover metals, followed by a spray system for further dust mitigation and cleaning. Finally, the purified gas is safely released into the atmosphere through the chimney, monitored by an exhaust fan. Any precious metal oxides present in the burned ash are carefully extracted and sent to a landfill. Liquid interfaces are reserved for potential flammable waste liquids, which can be integrated into the furnace.
