Feed hydraulic transmission system, waste liquid conduit, structural rotary kiln, primary burner, secondary combustion chamber, secondary burner, water-cooled cyclone dust collector, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation unit, exhaust fan, standalone chimney, alkali storage and delivery, lye pump, blower, comprehensive air supply system, electrical network, instrumentation control, automated ash disposal, installation platforms, and support structures.

1) Start by activating the blower to efficiently purge any residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing the risk of explosion during ignition.
2) Prior to the onset of the robust burner igniting, it's imperative to activate the induced draft fan, initiating an extensive five-minute purge cycle to cleanse the furnace. This thorough process guarantees both safety and efficiency as diesel fuel is expertly transported through meticulously engineered pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat elegantly elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for optimal performance.
3) Solid waste is masterfully introduced into the rotary kiln through a cutting-edge feeding system. This advanced mechanism maintains the combustion temperature at a precise 850ºC through meticulous oxygen management, ensuring peak efficiency. Concurrently, waste liquid is seamlessly guided into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via dedicated pipelines, facilitating flawless processing and integration for superior performance.
4) The flue gas, a byproduct of the rotary kiln's intense activity, journeys to the secondary chamber. Here, incineration by-products such as ash and slag are expelled with remarkable efficiency through an innovative wet scraper mechanism, assuring smooth and immaculate operations.
5) Inside the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes exceptional combustion. The introduction of organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to a formidable 1100ºC, intensifying the incineration process. This results in a smokeless, odor-free finish with zero secondary pollution, as the flue gas remains here for a precise 4 seconds. This ensures comprehensive decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving an extraordinary decomposition efficiency of over 99.99%. The precise breakdown of residual organic components and carbon particles occurs at approximately 1100ºC. The chamber's sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy effectively minimizes nitrogen oxide formation, further enhancing environmental safety.
6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is expertly neutralized by centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas and readying it for subsequent treatment stages.
7) Post-cyclone, the flue gas transitions to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump deftly directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. These droplets encounter the hot ascending flue gas, forming a dense suspended droplet area and rapidly cooling to 200ºC within a mere second.
