2) Before the powerful burner sparks the ignition, it's crucial to set the induced draft fan in motion, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is skillfully transported via expertly crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance.

Solid waste is expertly introduced into the rotary kiln through a cutting-edge feeding system. This innovative mechanism ensures precise control of the combustion temperature, maintaining it at an exact 850ºC through advanced oxygen regulation. Simultaneously, waste liquid is seamlessly channeled into the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via specialized pipelines, enabling flawless processing and integration that culminates in superior performance.
4) The flue gas, birthed from the rotary kiln's intense operation, journeys to the secondary chamber. Here, the incineration by-products such as ash and slag are expelled with unmatched efficiency, thanks to an ingenious wet scraper mechanism. 5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas experiences superior combustion. The introduction of organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to an impressive 1100ºC, heightening the incineration process. This results in a smokeless, odorless finish with zero secondary pollution, as the flue gas lingers here for a precise 4 seconds, ensuring the complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins. This achieves a remarkable decomposition efficiency exceeding 99.99%. The meticulous breakdown of residual organic components and carbon particles occurs at about 1100ºC. The chamber's sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy effectively curtails nitrogen oxide formation, thereby enhancing environmental safety.
6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is expertly neutralized through centrifugal force, noticeably purifying the flue gas and priming it for the subsequent stages of treatment.
7) After exiting the cyclone, the flue gas transitions to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump skillfully directs the reaction tower to the apex of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. These droplets converge with the hot ascending flue gas, forming a concentrated suspended droplet area that rapidly cools to 200ºC within a second.
