The innovative flue gas guiding system continuously stirs waste for even heating, with a processing time of 0.5-1 hour, ensuring thorough thermal treatment and complete organic matter destruction.
An advanced secondary combustion chamber further incinerates generated gases, reaching extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter destruction. Furnace selection adheres to strict standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. Following cooling, flue gas purification meticulously excises acidic elements, nitrogen oxides, and captures harmful particles and dust, ensuring rigorous component selection.

The Incinerator Device comprises the following components:
Feed hydraulic transmission system, waste liquid conduit, structural rotary kiln, primary burner, secondary combustion chamber, secondary burner, water-cooled cyclone dust collector, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation unit, exhaust fan, standalone chimney, alkali storage and delivery, lye pump, blower, comprehensive air supply system, electrical network, instrumentation control, automated ash disposal, installation platforms, and supporting structures.

1) Commence with the blower to effectively expel residual and flammable gases from the furnace, significantly mitigating the risk of explosion during ignition.
2) Prior to the robust ignition by the burner, it is essential to activate the induced draft fan, initiating an exhaustive five-minute purge of the furnace. This detailed procedure guarantees safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is expertly channeled through precisely engineered pipelines, leading to its accurate ignition by the burners. The radiant heat steadily elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a consistent and controlled temperature rise for optimal performance.
3) Solid waste finds its way into the innovative Rotary Kiln through a cutting-edge feeding system that stands as a testament to modern engineering. This sophisticated mechanism ensures that the combustion temperature is meticulously maintained at a precise 850ºC, courtesy of advanced oxygen control. This guarantees optimal efficiency and maximum performance. Concurrently, waste liquid is guided effortlessly into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber, thanks to dedicated pipelines, ensuring seamless processing and integration for superior performance.
4) The flue gas, a powerful by-product of the rotary kiln's vigorous operation, travels to the secondary chamber. Here, incineration by-products such as ash and slag are expelled with unprecedented efficiency through a pioneering wet scraper mechanism, ensuring operations remain smooth, immaculate, and consistently high-performing.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas experiences a combustion process of the highest caliber. When organic waste liquid is introduced, the temperature soars to a formidable 1100ºC, intensifying the incineration process. This results in a smokeless and odorless finish with zero secondary pollution, as the flue gas resides in the chamber for a precise 4 seconds. This duration facilitates the complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving a remarkable decomposition efficiency exceeding 99.99%. The detailed breakdown of residual organic components and carbon particles occurs at roughly 1100ºC. The chamber's sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy effectively minimizes nitrogen oxide formation, further bolstering environmental safety.
6) As it emerges from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. 7) Exiting the cyclone, the flue gas proceeds to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump skillfully directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets.
