Composition of the Equipment:
Comprehensive components include furnace body, secondary combustion chamber, cyclone dust collector, spray tower, exhaust fan, chimney, primary and secondary burners, oil tank with oil transportation control pipeline, air supply system, electric control cabinet, and necessary support structures with maintenance platform.
Process Flow Description:
This state-of-the-art incinerator operates as a high-temperature, heat-storage furnace. Manually load waste, where light diesel oil is transported via pipeline to the burner. Advanced automatic ignition ignites the waste, which undergoes vigorous stirring by high-temperature gas for rapid oxidation. Adhering to the 3T principles (temperature, time, turbine flow), any incompletely burnt gas is fed into the secondary combustion chamber for further high-temperature burning, reaching about 900 ºC. The resulting high-temperature flue gas is processed in a water-cooled cyclone dust collector to remove dust, followed by neutralization of acidic gases in the spray tower through lye injection. Ensuring complete combustion, this process leaves no black smoke or odors, with the resultant flue gas safely discharged into the atmosphere. Ash is managed for landfill or potential reuse.
