Additionally, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, achieving extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter elimination. Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Before the powerful burner sparks the ignition, it's crucial to set the induced draft fan in motion, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is skillfully transported via expertly crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance.
3) Solid waste is introduced into the rotary kiln through a cutting-edge feeding system that expertly maintains the combustion temperature at a precise 850ºC using advanced oxygen control. Simultaneously, waste liquid is efficiently guided into the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via specialized pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and processing of materials.
4) As the flue gas emerges from the rotary kiln, it is directed to the secondary chamber, where innovative technology efficiently expels incineration by-products like ash and slag through a sophisticated wet scraper mechanism. This advanced system ensures uninterrupted and pristine operations, elevating the efficiency and reliability of the process.
5) In the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes intensified combustion, with organic waste liquid elevating the temperature to an impressive 1100ºC. This heightens the incineration process, delivering a smokeless and odorless result while ensuring zero secondary pollution. The flue gas lingers in this chamber for a precise 4.0 seconds, guaranteeing the complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins with a remarkable decomposition efficiency of over 99.99%. The meticulous breakdown of residual organic components and carbon particles occurs at around 1100ºC. The chamber's sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy effectively reduces nitrogen oxide formation, demonstrating our commitment to environmental responsibility.
6) Upon exiting the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas proceeds to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector, where the ash content is expertly neutralized by centrifugal force. This strategic enhancement significantly purifies the flue gas, readying it for the next stages of treatment.
7) Following its passage through the cyclone, the flue gas advances to the semi-dry quench tower. Here, a pressure pump precisely directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, converting it into fine droplets. These droplets encounter the ascending hot flue gas, creating a dense suspended droplet area that quickly cools to 200 ºC within a single second. This rapid cooling effectively prevents dioxin regeneration and eliminates any residual sparks, safeguarding the cloth bag from potential fire risks.
8) Next, the flue gas enters the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These critical stages play a vital role in removing acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring compliance with stringent environmental standards and ensuring the purity of the emissions.
