Additionally, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, achieving extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter elimination. Furnace selection meets rigorous standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. Post-cooling, flue gas purification meticulously removes acidic components, nitrogen oxides, and captures harmful particles and dust, ensuring vigilant component selection.

The Incinerator Device comprises the following components:
Feed hydraulic transmission system, waste liquid conduit, structural rotary kiln, primary burner, secondary combustion chamber, secondary burner, water-cooled cyclone dust collector, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation unit, exhaust fan, standalone chimney, alkali storage and delivery, lye pump, blower, comprehensive air supply system, electrical network, instrumentation control, automated ash disposal, installation platforms, and support structures.

Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Before the powerful burner sparks the ignition, it's crucial to set the induced draft fan in motion, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is skillfully transported via expertly crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance.
3) Witness the seamless transference of solid waste into the cutting-edge rotary kiln, facilitated by an advanced feeding system. This state-of-the-art technology meticulously maintains the combustion temperature at a precise 850ºC, thanks to innovative oxygen control techniques, ensuring unparalleled efficiency. Concurrently, waste liquid is expertly channeled through specialized pipelines into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber, achieving flawless integration and enhanced performance.
4) The flue gas, born from the rotary kiln's powerful operations, journeys to the secondary chamber. Here, the incineration by-products, including ash and slag, are expelled with incredible effectiveness through a groundbreaking wet scraper mechanism, guaranteeing seamless and pristine operations.
5) Within the powerful secondary combustion chamber, flue gas experiences superior combustion. The infusion of organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to an impressive 1100ºC, intensifying and optimizing the incineration process. This results in a smokeless, odor-free finish with no secondary pollution, as flue gas lingers for an exact 4 seconds. This dwell time ensures the complete breakdown of trace organics and dioxins, achieving a remarkable decomposition efficiency exceeding 99.99%. The meticulous breakdown of residual organic components and carbon particles occurs at around 1100ºC. The chamber's advanced multi-stage combustion strategy significantly reduces nitrogen oxide formation, enhancing environmental safety.
6) The flue gas, emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is expertly neutralized by centrifugal forces, significantly purifying the flue gas and preparing it thoroughly for the next stages of treatment.
7) As the flue gas exits the cyclone, it transitions to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump skillfully directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming the gas into fine droplets. These droplets encounter the hot ascending flue gas, forming a dense suspended droplet area, rapidly cooling to 200ºC within a single second. This swift action effectively prevents dioxin regeneration and extinguishes lingering sparks, protecting the cloth bag from potential fires.
