Process flow description:
The light diesel oil delivery to the burner through the oil pipeline, the automatic ignition system make the furnace temperature rising slowly, after half an hour, when the temperature reaches set temperature in the furnace, open waste conveying system, smashing particles of waste through crusher device send into the combustion chamber by high-pressure fan. According to the principle of 3T (temperature, time, turbine flow), the waste is oxidative, pyrolysis and combustion in the combustion chamber furnace. After burning the tail gas burned again and high temperature oxidation in the secondary combustion chamber. Secondary combustion chamber is multi-hulltype, which set up three gravity dust collector structure to collect most of the dust. Flue gas go into the waste heat boiler and cooling and recycled into the steam for factory use, and recycling part of the precious metal oxides, achieve comprehensive utilization. And then go into the air heat exchanger heating fresh air for the use of factory and further cooling, cooled flue gas go into the dust collector to remove tiny dust and recycling precious metal oxide, then spray system further dust removal and washing, At last,the standard gas will discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney by the exhaust fan. Check out the precious metal oxides in the burned ashes and transfer to a landfill.Reserve liquid interfaces.If the waste liquid can burn which can be sprayed into the furnace.
