1) Begin with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, greatly reducing the risk of explosion during ignition.
2) Before igniting with the powerful burner, it's crucial to activate the induced draft fan to facilitate an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures maximum safety and efficiency as diesel fuel is expertly transported through carefully crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. 5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes superior combustion. 6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas progresses to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is expertly neutralized by centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas and preparing it for subsequent stages of treatment.
7) After exiting the cyclone, the flue gas moves to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump adeptly directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. These droplets meet the hot ascending flue gas, forming a dense suspended droplet area and rapidly cooling to 200ºC within a second.
