Additionally, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, achieving extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter elimination. Furnace selection meets rigorous standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. The Incinerator Device comprises the following components:
Feed hydraulic transmission system, waste liquid conduit, structural rotary kiln, primary burner, secondary combustion chamber, secondary burner, water-cooled cyclone dust collector, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation unit, exhaust fan, standalone chimney, alkali storage and delivery, lye pump, blower, comprehensive air supply system, electrical network, instrumentation control, automated ash disposal, installation platforms, and support structures.
Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Before the powerful burner sparks the ignition, it's crucial to set the induced draft fan in motion, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is skillfully transported via expertly crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance.
3) Solid waste is meticulously introduced into the state-of-the-art rotary kiln through an advanced feeding system. This cutting-edge mechanism meticulously maintains the combustion temperature at a precise 850ºC, expertly regulating oxygen levels to ensure peak efficiency. Concurrently, waste liquid is effortlessly directed into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via specialized pipelines, enabling impeccable integration and processing for unparalleled performance.
4) The flue gas, a result of the rotary kiln's high-intensity operation, is directed to the secondary chamber. Here, remnants like ash and slag are expelled with exceptional efficiency through a groundbreaking wet scraper mechanism, ensuring seamless and flawless operations.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, flue gas undergoes enhanced combustion. The introduction of organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to a remarkable 1100ºC, amplifying the incineration process. This results in a smokeless, odorless outcome with no secondary pollution, as the flue gas remains here for a precise duration of 4 seconds. This guarantees thorough decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving a remarkable decomposition efficiency exceeding 99.99%. The meticulous breakdown of residual organic components and carbon particles occurs at approximately 1100ºC. The chamber’s advanced multi-stage combustion strategy effectively reduces nitrogen oxide formation, elevating environmental safety to new heights.
6) Upon exiting the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is expertly neutralized by centrifugal force, substantially purifying the flue gas and preparing it for the subsequent stages of treatment.
7) Once through the cyclone, the flue gas proceeds to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump skillfully directs the reaction tower to the apex of the two-fluid nozzle, converting it into fine droplets. These droplets encounter the hot ascending flue gas, creating a dense suspended droplet area and rapidly cooling to 200ºC within seconds. This swift action effectively prevents dioxin regeneration and extinguishes lingering sparks, protecting the cloth bag from potential fires.
8) The flue gas then makes its way into the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These vital stages play a crucial role in removing acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring compliance with rigorous environmental standards for purity.
9) Upon passing through the spray tower, the flue gas is released into the atmosphere through the chimney, assisted by an induced draft fan that ensures a smooth exit, significantly minimizing environmental impact.
