Process flow description:
The process begins with light diesel oil delivered to the burner via an oil pipeline. An automatic ignition system gradually elevates the furnace temperature. Once the desired temperature is achieved after approximately 30 minutes, the waste conveying system is activated, feeding crushed waste particles into the combustion chamber with the aid of a high-pressure fan. Adhering to the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), the waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion. Post-combustion, tail gases are re-burned and oxidized at high temperatures in a multi-hull secondary combustion chamber equipped with a triple gravity dust collector to capture dust. The flue gas is directed to the waste heat boiler, where it is cooled and recycled into steam for factory use, while part of the precious metal oxides are reclaimed, optimizing resource use. Subsequently, the gas is channeled into an air heat exchanger to heat fresh air, further cooling the gas. Once cooled, it passes through a dust collector, removing fine dust and recycling the precious metal oxide. A spray system performs additional dust removal and washing, ensuring that only standard-compliant gas is released into the atmosphere via the chimney. Any precious metal oxides in the burnt ashes are recovered and sent to a landfill. The system offers reserved liquid interfaces for waste liquids that can be incinerated via spray injection into the furnace.
