Process flow description:
Light diesel oil is delivered to the burner via an oil pipeline. The automatic ignition system gradually raises the furnace temperature. After reaching the set temperature in about half an hour, the waste conveying system is activated. Waste is crushed into particles and sent to the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Following the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion. Post-burning, tail gas is re-burned and oxidized at high temperature in a secondary combustion chamber. This chamber, with its multi-hull type and three gravity dust collectors, captures dust effectively. Flue gases enter the waste heat boiler, are cooled, and recycled as steam for factory use, while recovering precious metal oxides. They then flow into the air heat exchanger to heat fresh air and further cool. The cooled gases enter a dust collector for fine dust removal and further metal oxide recovery. A spray system conducts additional dust removal and washing. Finally, standard gas is released into the atmosphere via the chimney, aided by an exhaust fan. Precious metal oxides in the ash are collected and sent to a landfill. Liquid interfaces are on standby, allowing combustible waste liquids to be injected into the furnace.
