Process Flow Description: flow description:
The light diesel oil is delivered to the burner through the oil pipeline, with the automatic ignition system gradually increasing the furnace temperature. After approximately 30 minutes, once the set temperature is reached, the waste conveying system is activated. Waste particles are crushed and transported into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Following the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), the waste undergoes oxidative pyrolysis and combustion in the furnace. The tail gas is re-burned and oxidized at high temperatures in a multi-hull type secondary combustion chamber equipped with three gravity dust collectors to capture most dust particles. Flue gases are then directed into a waste heat boiler for cooling and recycling into steam for factory applications, allowing for the recovery of precious metal oxides. Subsequently, air heat exchangers heat fresh air for factory use, cooling the flue gas further. The cooled flue gas enters a dust collector for tiny dust removal and further precious metal oxide recycling, followed by a spray system for additional dust removal and washing. Ultimately, the standard gas is exhausted into the atmosphere through the chimney by the exhaust fan. Precious metal oxides in the burned ashes are assessed and transferred to a landfill. Liquid interfaces are reserved for waste liquid capable of being sprayed into the furnace for combustion.
