Additionally, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, achieving extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter elimination. Furnace selection meets rigorous standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. Post-cooling, flue gas purification meticulously removes acidic components, nitrogen oxides, and captures harmful particles and dust, ensuring vigilant component selection.

Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Before the powerful burner sparks the ignition, it's crucial to set the induced draft fan in motion, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is skillfully transported via expertly crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance.
3) Solid waste is expertly introduced into the rotary kiln through a state-of-the-art feeding system. This avant-garde mechanism skillfully maintains the combustion temperature at a precise 850ºC, employing meticulous oxygen control for optimal efficiency. Meanwhile, waste liquid is seamlessly channeled into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via dedicated pipelines, facilitating flawless integration and processing for superior performance.
4) The flue gas, born from the rotary kiln's intense operation, journeys to the secondary chamber. Here, incineration by-products such as ash and slag are expelled with remarkable efficiency through an innovative wet scraper mechanism, ensuring smooth and immaculate operations.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes superior combustion. The introduction of organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to an impressive 1100ºC, intensifying the incineration process. This results in a smokeless, odorless finish with zero secondary pollution, as the flue gas dwells here for a precise 4 seconds. This precise duration ensures complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving an exceptional decomposition efficiency of over 99.99%. The meticulous breakdown of residual organic components and carbon particles unfolds at approximately 1100ºC. The chamber's sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy effectively curtails nitrogen oxide formation, further enhancing environmental safety.
6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is proficiently neutralized by centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas and priming it for subsequent stages of treatment.
7) Upon exiting the cyclone, the flue gas progresses to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump expertly directs the reaction tower to the apex of the two-fluid nozzle, converting it into fine droplets. These droplets engage with the hot ascending flue gas, creating a dense suspended droplet area and rapidly cooling to 200ºC within a single second. This swift action effectively halts dioxin regeneration and extinguishes any lingering sparks, safeguarding the cloth bag from potential fires.
8) The flue gas then enters the spray washing tower, succeeded by the wet packing washing tower device. These vital stages are instrumental in eradicating acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring compliance with stringent environmental standards for purity.
9) After traversing the spray tower, the flue gas is released into the atmosphere via the chimney, facilitated by an induced draft fan that ensures its smooth exit, thereby minimizing environmental impact.
