2. Medical waste: expertly handles syringes, gloves, bags, gauze, blood transfusion tubes, organs, and other infectious waste for efficient and safe disposal.
3. General garbage: effectively manages cardboard, paper chips, wood chips, leaves, and similar everyday waste materials.
4. Special waste: includes the safe treatment of waste oil, waste solvents, sludge, dust pool remnants, paint on iron, and mold filter residue.

Composition of the equipment:
Includes a horizontal furnace body, secondary combustion chamber, cyclone dust collector, spray tower, exhaust fan, chimney, primary burner, secondary burner, oil tank, oil transportation control pipeline, air supply system, electric control cabinet, and other essential supports and maintenance platforms.
Process flow description:
This state-of-the-art incinerator employs a high-temperature heat storage furnace design. Waste is manually fed into the furnace, while light diesel oil travels through a pipeline to the burner, ignited by an automatic system. High-temperature gases stir the waste briskly, prompting rapid oxidation. The incinerator relies on the 3T principles (temperature, time, turbine flow) to ensure thorough processing. Incompletely burned gas moves to the secondary combustion chamber, reaching temperatures of around 900 ºC for further destruction and decomposition. High-temperature flue gas proceeds to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector to remove particulates, then enters a spray tower where acidic gases are neutralized via lye injection, ensuring complete combustion with no black smoke or odors. The cleansed flue gas is discharged through the stack, while residual ash can be landfilled or repurposed.
