An advanced secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases at extreme temperatures of 1100ºC, maximizing organic matter elimination. Furnace selection aligns with stringent standards, maintaining temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. 1) Start the process with the blower to efficiently purge any residual and flammable gases from within the furnace, substantially lowering the risk of explosion during ignition.
2) Prior to ignition by the high-performance burner, it's essential to activate the induced draft fan, allowing for a thorough five-minute purge of the furnace. This diligent procedure ensures both safety and efficiency as the meticulously crafted pipelines transport diesel fuel to the burners, where it is precisely ignited. The resultant radiant heat elevates temperatures within the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a controlled and consistent rise for optimal operation.
3) Solid waste is expertly introduced into the rotary kiln through a state-of-the-art feeding system. This sophisticated mechanism maintains the combustion temperature at an exact 850ºC through precision oxygen control, ensuring optimal efficiency. Meanwhile, waste liquid is seamlessly directed into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via dedicated pipelines, facilitating flawless processing and integration for superior performance.
4) As the rotary kiln operates with intense energy, it produces flue gas that journeys to the secondary chamber. 5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes a superior combustion process. 6) Once leaving the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, centrifugal force expertly neutralizes ash content, significantly purifying the flue gas and preparing it for subsequent stages of meticulous treatment.
7) After its journey through the cyclone, the flue gas transitions into the semi-dry quench tower. A powerful pressure pump adeptly directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. These droplets merge with the ascending hot flue gas, creating a dense suspended droplet area that rapidly cools to 200ºC within a single second. This swift action effectively halts dioxin regeneration and extinguishes any lingering sparks, thus safeguarding the cloth bag from potential fires.
8) The journey continues as the flue gas enters the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These pivotal stages are instrumental in the elimination of acid gases from the flue gas, securing its compliance with stringent environmental standards for purity.
