The ensemble includes a horizontal furnace body, secondary combustion chamber, cyclone dust collector, spray tower, exhaust fan, chimney, primary and secondary burners, oil tank with oil transportation control pipeline, air supply system, electric control cabinet, plus essential supports and a maintenance platform, ensuring comprehensive and seamless operation.
Process
flow description: This advanced incinerator functions as a high-temperature heat storage furnace. Waste is manually placed into the furnace, with light diesel oil transported via pipeline to the burner, sparked by an automatic ignition system. Waste undergoes vigorous mixing through high-temperature gas, facilitating rapid oxidation reactions. Adhering to the 3T principles (temperature, time, turbine flow), incompletely burned gases enter the secondary combustion chamber for further high-temperature processing at approximately 900 ºC, ensuring thorough destruction and decomposition. The high-temperature flue gases proceed to a water-cooled cyclone dust collector, extracting dust, followed by neutralization of acid gases in a spray tower using injection lye. This system achieves complete combustion, eliminating black smoke and odors, with emissions funneled through a stack for atmospheric release. Ash residues can be landfilled or repurposed, contributing to sustainable waste management.
