Process flow description:
Our process begins with the strategic delivery of light diesel oil to the burner through a specialized oil pipeline. The automatic ignition system gradually elevates the furnace temperature, and within half an hour, optimal conditions are achieved. When ready, the waste conveying system is activated, allowing crushed waste particles to be efficiently conveyed into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Utilizing the 3T principle—temperature, time, and turbine flow—the waste undergoes oxidative pyrolysis and combustion within the furnace. The resulting tail gas is subjected to secondary combustion at high temperatures, facilitated by a multi-hull secondary combustion chamber equipped with cutting-edge gravity dust collectors that efficiently capture particulates. Flue gases are processed through a waste heat boiler, where they are cooled and repurposed as steam for factory operations, further recovering precious metal oxides. Air heat exchangers subsequently warm fresh air for industrial use, while cooled flue gases continue through dust removal processes. The advanced spray system ensures further purification before standard gases are responsibly discharged. Valuable residual ashes are then tested for precious metal oxides and appropriately managed.
