1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Before the powerful burner sparks the ignition, it's crucial to set the induced draft fan in motion, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is skillfully transported via expertly crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance.
3) In our advanced rotary kiln system, solid waste is meticulously introduced through a cutting-edge feeding system. This brilliant integration ensures steady combustion at a precisely maintained 850ºC, achieved through sophisticated oxygen control, guaranteeing maximal operational efficacy. Concurrently, waste liquid is efficiently channeled into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via specially designed pipelines. 4) The robust operation of our rotary kiln generates flue gas, which is efficiently redirected to the secondary chamber. Within this chamber, incineration by-products, including ash and slag, are expertly expelled using an innovative wet scraper mechanism. 5) Inside the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes a premium combustion process. The strategic introduction of organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to a formidable 1100ºC, thereby intensifying the incineration process. This meticulous method achieves a smokeless and odorless finish, completely free from secondary pollution. The flue gas dwells here for an exact 4 seconds, ensuring the thorough decomposition of trace organics and dioxins with an exceptional decomposition efficiency exceeding 99.99%. The precise breakdown of residual organic components and carbon particles occurs at this high temperature. The chamber's sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy effectively curtails nitrogen oxide formation, significantly boosting environmental safety.
6) Following its journey through the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, centrifugal force is skillfully employed to neutralize ash content, achieving significant purification of the flue gas and readying it for subsequent treatment stages.
7) In the subsequent stage, the flue gas transitions to the semi-dry quench tower. Here, a pressure pump expertly directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, creating fine droplets that meet the rising hot flue gas. This encounter forms a dense suspended droplet area, rapidly cooling the gas to 200ºC in a mere second. This decisive action effectively halts dioxin regeneration and extinguishes any remaining sparks, protecting the cloth bag from potential fire hazards.
