The innovative flue gas directional system continuously agitates waste for uniform heating, with waste residence time of 0.5-1 hour, ensuring comprehensive thermal treatment and organic matter obliteration.
Additionally, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, achieving extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter elimination. Furnace selection meets rigorous standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. Post-cooling, flue gas purification meticulously removes acidic components, nitrogen oxides, and captures harmful particles and dust, ensuring vigilant component selection.
The Incinerator Device comprises the following components:
Feed hydraulic transmission system, waste liquid conduit, structural rotary kiln, primary burner, secondary combustion chamber, secondary burner, water-cooled cyclone dust collector, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation unit, exhaust fan, standalone chimney, alkali storage and delivery, lye pump, blower, comprehensive air supply system, electrical network, instrumentation control, automated ash disposal, installation platforms, and support structures.
Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Before the powerful burner sparks the ignition, it's crucial to set the induced draft fan in motion, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is skillfully transported via expertly crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance.
3) Solid waste is meticulously introduced into the rotary kiln via a cutting-edge feeding system, which excels in sustaining the combustion temperature at a precise 850ºC through advanced oxygen management. This ensures peak efficiency. Simultaneously, waste liquid is smoothly channeled into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber through dedicated pipelines, enabling seamless processing and integration for outstanding performance.
4) The flue gas, a direct result of the rotary kiln's vigorous operation, travels to the secondary chamber. In this stage, incineration by-products such as ash and slag are expelled with exceptional efficiency through an innovative wet scraper mechanism, ensuring operations that are both smooth and immaculate.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas experiences enhanced combustion. The introduction of organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to an impressive 1100ºC, thereby intensifying the incineration process. This results in a smokeless, odorless finish with zero secondary pollution, as the flue gas remains here for an exact duration of 4 seconds. This guarantees complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving a remarkable decomposition efficiency of over 99.99%. The precise breakdown of residual organic components and carbon particles takes place at approximately 1100ºC. The chamber's sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy effectively curtails nitrogen oxide formation, further boosting environmental safety.
6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, the ash content is expertly neutralized by centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas and readying it for the subsequent stages of treatment.
7) Upon exiting the cyclone, the flue gas transitions to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump skillfully directs the reaction tower to the apex of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into delicate droplets. These droplets encounter the hot ascending flue gas, forming a dense suspended droplet area and swiftly cooling to 200ºC within a second. This rapid action effectively prevents dioxin regeneration and extinguishes any lingering sparks, thus safeguarding the cloth bag from potential fires.
8) The flue gas then proceeds to the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These essential stages play a pivotal role in removing acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring that it meets rigorous environmental standards for purity.
9) After passing through the spray tower, the flue gas is released into the atmosphere via the chimney, with the assistance of an induced draft fan that ensures its smooth exit, thereby minimizing environmental impact.
