Includes: A horizontal furnace body, secondary combustion chamber, cyclone dust collector, spray tower, exhaust fan, chimney, primary and secondary burners, oil tank, oil transportation control pipeline, air supply system, electric control cabinet, and other essential supports and maintenance platforms.
Comprehensive Process Flow flow description:
The incinerator employs a high-temperature heat storage type furnace. Waste is fed manually, while light diesel oil is transported to the burner through a pipeline, ignited by an automatic ignition system. A high-temperature gas stirs and rapidly oxidizes waste. Following the 3T principles (temperature, time, turbine flow), unburned gases enter a secondary chamber for combustion at up to 900 ºC, ensuring destruction and decomposition. High-temperature flue gas passes through a water-cooled cyclone dust collector and spray tower, where acid gases are neutralized by lye injection. Full combustion ensures smokeless, odorless emissions, with residual ashes suitable for landfills or reuse. Flue gases are eventually discharged via the stack into the atmosphere.
