Process Flow Description Our advanced process flow is meticulously designed to optimize waste management: description:
The process starts with light diesel oil delivered to the burner through a sophisticated oil pipeline system. The automatic ignition system gradually elevates the furnace temperature. Once the desired temperature is achieved, waste is conveyed through a crushing device and transported into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Utilizing the 3T principle—temperature, time, and turbine flow—the waste undergoes oxidative pyrolysis and combustion. Subsequently, tail gases experience a secondary combustion process for thorough high-temperature oxidation. The innovative multi-hull secondary chamber features a tri-gravity dust collector structure, capturing the majority of dust. Flue gases are then channeled into a waste heat boiler, cooled, and transformed into steam for factory applications, alongside the recycling of precious metal oxides to ensure comprehensive utilization. Following this, they pass through an air heat exchanger to warm fresh air for factory use, with further cooling processes in place. Cooled flue gases enter a dust collector to eliminate fine dust and recycle metal oxides; a spray system enhances dust removal and washing. Finally, compliant gases are safely released into the atmosphere via a chimney powered by an exhaust fan. Precious metal oxides are recovered from residual ash and managed at a landfill. Liquid interfaces are reserved for efficient combustion of burnable waste liquids.
