Additionally, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, achieving extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter elimination. The furnace is designed to meet rigorous standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. The Incinerator Device comprises the following components:
Feed hydraulic transmission system, waste liquid conduit, structural rotary kiln, primary burner, secondary combustion chamber, secondary burner, water-cooled cyclone dust collector, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation unit, exhaust fan, standalone chimney, alkali storage and delivery, lye pump, blower, comprehensive air supply system, electrical network, instrumentation control, automated ash disposal, installation platforms, and support structures.

Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition. This careful approach ensures heightened safety and preparedness.
2) Before the powerful burner sparks the ignition, it's crucial to activate the induced draft fan, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is skillfully transported via expertly crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance, paving the way for unmatched operational excellence.
3) Solid waste is meticulously introduced into the rotary kiln utilizing a cutting-edge feeding system. The combustion temperature is expertly maintained at a precise 850ºC through advanced oxygen control. Concurrently, waste liquid is seamlessly channeled into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via dedicated pipelines, ensuring seamless processing and integration.
4) The flue gas, originating from the rotary kiln, is directed to the secondary chamber. Here, incineration by-products, such as ash and slag, are effectively expelled via a state-of-the-art wet scraper mechanism. This advanced system ensures unobstructed and pristine operations.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes intensified combustion. The temperature is elevated to an impressive 1100ºC by the organic waste liquid, enhancing the incineration process to achieve a smokeless, odorless finish with zero secondary pollution. The flue gas remains in this chamber for a calculated 4.0 seconds, guaranteeing the complete breakdown of trace organics and dioxins, with a decomposition efficiency exceeding 99.99%. Residual organic components and carbon particles are meticulously decomposed at approximately 1100ºC. The chamber's sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy effectively reduces nitrogen oxide formation.
6) Upon exiting the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is expertly neutralized via centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas in preparation for subsequent stages.
7) Following the cyclone, the flue gas proceeds to the semi-dry quench tower. A precision pressure pump deftly guides the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, converting it into fine droplets. These droplets encounter the ascending hot flue gas, forming a dense suspended droplet area.
