2. Equipped with a sophisticated combustion chamber cooling protocol that activates before shutdown. The process ceases only once temperatures reach a predetermined safe level, guaranteeing a safe and controlled halt.
3. The system is fortified with a high-sensitivity leakage protection device. At a temperature of 40 degrees and 85% relative humidity, the electrical circuit boasts an insulation resistance exceeding 2 MΩ, confidently enduring a rigorous 1-minute power frequency (50Hz) voltage test at 1500V. Each component is precisely positioned, ensuring reliable connections throughout.

Innovative Design Concepts:
Tailored to project specifics, the rotary kiln incinerator effortlessly processes both solid and liquid wastes. Its prowess shines in handling chemical residues, sludges, organic waste liquids, and diverse industrial solid wastes,
making it the furnace of choice for any comprehensive waste disposal center. The rotary kiln incinerator is engineered within a robust cylindrical metal shell lined with insulating bricks. Its slight incline ensures seamless movement and uniform mixing as the entire structure rotates gently towards the discharge end. The strategic flue gas directional design and continuous rolling and stirring of waste assure optimal heating uniformity, with a residence time of 0.5-1 hours, ensuring thorough heating and organic matter degradation.
Additionally, the system includes a secondary combustion chamber where waste gases are further incinerated at an impressive 1100ºC, optimizing organic matter removal efficiency. The furnace selection is guided by a temperature threshold of ≥1100ºC and a flue gas residence time of ≥2 seconds. Post-cooling, the exhaust undergoes purification targeting acid components, nitrogen oxides removal, harmful components adsorption, and dust particle collection, underscoring meticulous equipment selection criteria.
Comprehensive Incinerator Device Components Include:
Feed hydraulic transmission device, waste liquid conveying pipeline system, rotary kiln body, the primary burner, the secondary combustion chamber, the secondary burner, water-cooled cyclone dust removal, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation tower, exhaust fan, independent chimney, alkali storage tank, and conveying system, lye pump, blower and air supply system, electrical system, instrument control system, automatic ash device, and system installation and maintenance platform with support.
Concise Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate by activating the blower to effectively purge any residual or flammable gases from the furnace, thus averting potential explosions upon ignition.
2) Prior to burner ignition, engage the induced draft fan to purge the furnace for a full five minutes. Diesel fuel is then delivered via pipelines and ignited through specialized ignition burners, with the resultant heat progressively elevating the temperatures of the rotary kiln and secondary chamber.
3) Solid waste is elegantly introduced into the cutting-edge rotary kiln via our state-of-the-art feeding system. The combustion process is meticulously maintained at a controlled temperature of 850ºC through precise oxygen supply management. Concurrently, waste liquids find their path into the rotary kiln or proceed to the secondary combustion chamber through designated waste liquid pipelines, ensuring seamless integration into the incineration process.
4) The journey of flue gas continues as it enters the secondary chamber, where the by-products of incineration, namely ash and slag, are efficiently discharged using an automatic wet scraper system. This ensures the plant remains clean and operational with minimal manual intervention.
5) In the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes an intensified burning process, reaching heightened temperatures of 1100ºC. This transformation, assisted by the introduction of organic waste liquid, results in a smokeless, odorless incineration process devoid of secondary pollution. With a residence time of 4.0 seconds, even the most elusive trace organics and dioxins are effectively decomposed, achieving a decomposition efficiency that exceeds 99.99%. Multi-stage combustion is adeptly employed to suppress the formation of nitrogen oxides, ensuring an environmentally sound and thoroughly effective waste treatment process.
6) The advanced flue gas purification continues as it transitions into a highly efficient water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, centrifugal force expertly settles the ash content, significantly enhancing the overall cleanliness and purity of the flue gas.
7) Emerging from the cyclone, the flue gas is ushered into a semi-dry quench tower. Utilizing a sophisticated pressure pump system, the two-fluid nozzle at the top atomizes droplets, which are suspended in a high-density zone. This rapid process reduces the temperature within seconds to approximately 200 ºC, effectively inhibiting the regeneration of dioxins. Additionally, water mist sprays extinguish any lingering sparks, safeguarding subsequent filtration equipment from damage.
8) In the next phase, the flue gas is channeled into the intricately designed spray washing tower and wet packing washing tower apparatus. These devices are tasked with the critical function of cleansing the flue gas, eradicating any residual acid gases to ensure compliance with environmental standards.
9) Upon successful passage through the spray tower, the now purified flue gas is directly vented into the atmosphere via the chimney, courtesy of the efficient induced draft fan.
