Process Flow Description:
Light diesel oil is efficiently delivered to the burner via an oil pipeline, and the automatic ignition system gradually raises the furnace temperature. After half an hour, once the furnace reaches the pre-set temperature, the waste conveying system is activated. Waste particles are crushed and fed into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Adopting the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion within the chamber. Post-combustion, tail gas is burned and oxidized at high temperatures in the secondary combustion chamber, equipped with a multi-hull design and three gravity dust collector structures to capture most dust. Flue gas is directed into a waste heat boiler for cooling and recycling into steam for factory use, with partial recovery of valuable metal oxides. Subsequently, air heat exchangers heat fresh air for factory use, and cooled flue gas enters dust collectors for further fine dust removal and metal oxide recovery. The spray system completes dust removal and washing, ensuring standard gas is safely discharged into the atmosphere via the chimney. Precious metal oxides from ash are checked and transferred to a landfill. Liquid interfaces are reserved for combustible waste liquids, which can be sprayed into the furnace.
