The innovative flue gas directional system perpetually agitates waste for even heating, with a waste residence time of 0.5-1 hour, guaranteeing comprehensive thermal treatment and complete organic matter eradication.
Additionally, a pioneering secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, reaching extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to ensure maximum organic matter elimination. The furnace adheres to stringent standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. The Incinerator Device comprises the following components:
Feed hydraulic transmission system, waste liquid conduit, structural rotary kiln, primary burner, secondary combustion chamber, secondary burner, water-cooled cyclone dust collector, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation unit, exhaust fan, standalone chimney, alkali storage and delivery, lye pump, blower, comprehensive air supply system, electrical network, instrumentation control, automated ash disposal, installation platforms, and support structures.

Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Start with the blower to effectively expel residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly minimizing explosion risks during ignition.
2) Prior to the robust burner igniting, it's essential to activate the induced draft fan, allowing a thorough five-minute purge of the furnace. This careful procedure ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is skillfully conveyed through expertly designed pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a consistent and controlled ascent for peak performance.
3) Solid waste is meticulously introduced into the rotary kiln through a cutting-edge feeding system. This advanced mechanism expertly maintains the combustion temperature at an unwavering 850ºC, thanks to precision oxygen control, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness. Concurrently, waste liquid is seamlessly directed into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via dedicated pipelines, facilitating flawless processing and integration for outstanding performance.
4) The flue gas, a by-product of the rotary kiln's intense operations, proceeds to the secondary chamber. Within this innovative space, incineration by-products such as ash and slag are expelled with remarkable efficiency through a groundbreaking wet scraper mechanism, ensuring operations remain smooth and pristine.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes exceptional combustion. The introduction of organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to a formidable 1100ºC, intensifying the incineration process. This achieves a smokeless, odorless finish with zero secondary pollution, as the flue gas remains here for a precise 4 seconds. This ensures complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving an impressive decomposition efficiency of over 99.99%. The precise breakdown of residual organic components and carbon particles occurs at approximately 1100ºC. The chamber's sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy effectively minimizes nitrogen oxide formation, further enhancing environmental safety.
6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas flows to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is expertly neutralized by centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas and preparing it for subsequent stages of treatment.
7) After exiting the cyclone, the flue gas is directed to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump skillfully guides the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. These droplets engage with the hot ascending flue gas, forming a dense suspended droplet area and cooling down rapidly to 200ºC within a second. This swift action effectively halts dioxin regeneration and extinguishes any lingering sparks, safeguarding the cloth bag from potential fires.
8) The flue gas then traverses the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These crucial stages are vital in eliminating acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring that it meets rigorous environmental standards for purity.
9) After passing through the spray tower, the flue gas is released into the atmosphere via the chimney, aided by an induced draft fan that guarantees its smooth exit, thereby minimizing environmental impact.
