1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Before the robust ignition system of the burner initiates its spark, it's essential to activate the induced draft fan for a thorough five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous procedure guarantees both safety and peak efficiency as the diesel fuel is expertly conveyed through precisely engineered pipelines, culminating in its exact ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gradually elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and the secondary chamber, ensuring a consistent and controlled thermal ascent to achieve optimal performance.
3) Solid waste is introduced into the rotary kiln through a cutting-edge feeding system, a hallmark of precision engineering. This advanced mechanism meticulously maintains a combustion temperature of exactly 850ºC by finely controlling oxygen levels, assuring unmatched efficiency. Concurrently, waste liquid is seamlessly channeled into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber through dedicated pipelines, enabling flawless processing and seamless integration for superior operational performance.
4) The flue gas, a byproduct of the rotary kiln's vigorous operation, traverses into the secondary chamber. Here, incineration by-products such as ash and slag are dispatched with remarkable efficiency via an innovative wet scraper mechanism, assuring seamless and pristine operations.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas is subjected to superior combustion processes. The introduction of organic waste liquid raises the temperature to a formidable 1100ºC, intensifying the incineration process. This results in a smokeless, odorless finish with zero secondary pollution. The flue gas remains in this chamber for a precise 4 seconds, ensuring a thorough decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving an outstanding decomposition efficiency of over 99.99%. The precise breakdown of residual organic components and carbon particles is executed at approximately 1100ºC. The chamber's sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy effectively minimizes the formation of nitrogen oxides, further enhancing environmental safety.
6) Upon emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is expertly neutralized through centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas and preparing it for subsequent treatment stages.
7) After exiting the cyclone, the flue gas transitions to the semi-dry quench tower. A high-pressure pump expertly directs the reaction tower to the apex of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. These droplets encounter the hot ascending flue gas, creating a dense suspended droplet field and rapidly cooling to 200ºC within a second.
