Process Flow Description:
Light diesel oil is seamlessly delivered to the burner through a meticulously designed oil pipeline. The automatic ignition system gradually elevates the furnace temperature. In half an hour, as the furnace reaches its set temperature, the waste conveying system is activated, where meticulously crushed particles are propelled into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Adhering to the 3T Principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), waste undergoes oxidative pyrolysis and combustion in the furnace. Post-burning, the residual tail gas undergoes further combustion and high-temperature oxidation in the uniquely designed secondary combustion chamber, which is multi-hull type and equipped with three gravity dust collectors for efficient dust collection. The flue gas is channeled into a waste heat boiler where it cools and recycles into steam for factory use, and precious metal oxides are also reclaimed for comprehensive utilization. As it proceeds to the air heat exchanger, it heats fresh air for factory use and is further cooled. The cooled flue gas is then processed in the dust collector to remove residual dust and recover precious metal oxides. The spray system ensures additional dust removal and washing, culminating in the discharge of standard gas through the chimney by the exhaust fan. Burned ashes are examined for precious metal oxides before transfer to a landfill, with reserved liquid interfaces available for waste liquid that can be incinerated by spraying into the furnace.
