1) The process begins with the blower, which effectively purges residual and flammable gases from the furnace, significantly minimizing the risk of explosions during ignition.
2) Before igniting with the powerful burner, the induced draft fan is activated for a thorough five-minute furnace purge. This meticulous process ensures safety as diesel fuel travels through expertly crafted pipelines, culminating in precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a controlled rise for peak operational performance.
3) Solid waste is seamlessly introduced into the rotary kiln through a cutting-edge feeding system. 7) After departing the cyclone, the flue gas progresses to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump adeptly guides the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets.
