Its rotational dynamics ensure optimal mixing and promote efficient movement towards the discharge end along its inclined axis. The state-of-the-art flue gas directional design guarantees continuous waste agitation and uniform heating, with waste retention in the kiln lasting between 0.5-1 hour for thorough thermal treatment and organic matter elimination.
Furthermore, the system incorporates a secondary combustion chamber for the re-incineration of gases, achieving high temperatures of 1100ºC to ensure maximum eradication of organic matter. Furnace type selection is guided by the criteria of maintaining a temperature ≥1100ºC and a flue gas residence time of ≥2 seconds. After cooling the flue gases, tail gas purification emphasizes the extensive removal of acidic components, nitrogen oxides, and the capture of harmful particles and dust, warranting meticulous equipment selection.

Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate the process by activating the blower, efficiently clearing the furnace of residual and flammable gases to effectively minimize explosion risks during ignition.
2) Before the initiation of the ignition process by the burner, it is crucial to engage the induced draft fan, enabling a comprehensive purge of the furnace for a full five minutes. Following this, diesel fuel is expertly channeled through intricately constructed pipelines, culminating in its ignition by the ignition burners. The radiant heat produced by the burner strategically raises the temperature within both the rotary kiln and the secondary chamber, ensuring a gradual and controlled ramp-up for peak performance.
3) Solid waste is expertly introduced into the rotary kiln via a cutting-edge feeding system, where precise oxygen control maintains the combustion temperature at an ideal 850ºC. Meanwhile, waste liquid is skillfully directed into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber through a dedicated pipeline, guaranteeing smooth processing and seamless integration.
4) The flue gas, produced by the rotary kiln, travels into the secondary chamber, where the incineration by-products, namely ash and slag, are effectively and automatically discharged through an innovative wet scraper mechanism, ensuring a clean and uninterrupted operation.
5) Inside the secondary combustion chamber, flue gas undergoes an additional combustion process, aided by organic waste liquid, elevating the temperature to a robust 1100ºC. This enhances the completeness of the incineration process, leading to a smokeless, odorless outcome with zero secondary pollution. The flue gas stays in this chamber for a precise 4.0 seconds, ensuring thorough decomposition of trace organic compounds and dioxins, achieving a decomposition efficiency exceeding 99.99%. This meticulous processing ensures the full breakdown of any remaining organic components and carbon particles, occurring at approximately 1100ºC. The secondary combustion chamber employs a sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy, effectively mitigating the formation of nitrogen oxides.
6) The flue gas emerging from the secondary combustion chamber advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector, where the ash content is skillfully settled by centrifugal force. This strategic process significantly boosts the cleanliness of the flue gas, ensuring it is in prime condition for any subsequent stages.
7) Upon leaving the cyclone, the flue gas enters the semi-dry quench tower. Here, a pressure pump navigates the reaction tower into the top of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. As these atomized droplets interact with the rising hot flue gas, a dense area of suspended droplets forms, facilitating a rapid temperature reduction to about 200 ºC within one second. This swift intervention effectively curtails dioxin regeneration and extinguishes any lingering sparks in the flue gas, protecting the subsequent cloth bag from potential fire hazards.
8) The flue gas then advances into the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These stages are crucial in scrubbing away acid gases present in the flue gas, ensuring its purity and compliance with stringent environmental standards.
9) Having successfully navigated the spray tower, the flue gas is then released directly into the atmosphere through the chimney, with an induced draft fan ensuring its seamless transition, minimizing environmental impact.
