1) Begin with the blower to efficiently purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risks during ignition.
2) Before the powerful burner sparks the ignition, it is crucial to engage the induced draft fan, allowing a thorough five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as diesel fuel is expertly transported through optimized pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gently elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance.
3) Solid waste is meticulously introduced into the rotary kiln through a cutting-edge feeding system designed for optimal performance. This advanced mechanism precisely maintains the combustion temperature at a consistent 850ºC through finely tuned oxygen control, ensuring peak efficiency. Concurrently, waste liquid is seamlessly channeled into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via specialized pipelines, enabling flawless processing and integration for unparalleled performance.
4) The flue gas, a byproduct of the intense operation within the rotary kiln, is expertly routed to the secondary chamber. Here, incineration residues such as ash and slag are efficiently expelled by a state-of-the-art wet scraper mechanism, ensuring seamless and pristine operations.
5) Inside the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes a superior combustion process. The strategic introduction of organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to an impressive 1100ºC, amplifying the incineration process. This ensures complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving a remarkable decomposition efficiency of over 99.99%. 6) After emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, the ash content is expertly neutralized by centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas and readying it for the subsequent treatment stages.
7) Post-cyclone, the flue gas moves to the semi-dry quench tower. A powerful pressure pump adeptly directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming the gas into fine droplets.
