Detailed Process Flow Description:
Light diesel oil is delivered to the burner via an oil pipeline. The automatic ignition system gradually raises the furnace temperature. After approximately 30 minutes, once the furnace reaches the designated temperature, the waste conveying system is activated. Waste particles are crushed and sent into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Leveraging the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion within the furnace. Post-combustion, the tail gas is subjected to high-temperature oxidation in a secondary combustion chamber. This chamber, featuring a multi-hull structure with three gravity dust collectors, captures most of the dust. Flue gases proceed to the waste heat boiler for cooling and recycling into steam for factory operations, while also recovering precious metal oxides. The gases are then channeled into an air heat exchanger to heat fresh air for factory use. Following further cooling, the cooled flue gases enter a dust collector to remove any remaining tiny dust and recycle metal oxides. A spray system conducts additional dust removal and washing. Finally, the standard gas is discharged into the atmosphere via the chimney by the exhaust fan. Any precious metal oxides found in the ash are checked and sent to a landfill. Liquid interfaces are reserved, allowing burnable waste liquid to be sprayed into the furnace.
