The ingenious flue gas directional system continuously agitates waste for uniform heating, with waste residence time of 0.5-1 hour, ensuring comprehensive thermal treatment and organic matter annihilation.
Additionally, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, achieving extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter elimination. The furnace selection meets stringent standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. Post-cooling, flue gas purification meticulously removes acidic components, nitrogen oxides, and captures harmful particles and dust, ensuring vigilant component selection and maximum safety.

Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate with the blower for an effective purge to eliminate residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition. This crucial step ensures operational safety and reliability.
2) Before the powerful burner ignites, set the induced draft fan in motion for an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process paves the way for safe and efficient operations as diesel fuel is skillfully transported through expertly designed pipelines for precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for optimal performance and safety.
3) Solid waste is meticulously channeled into the rotary kiln utilizing a cutting-edge feeding system. This advanced setup meticulously upholds the combustion temperature at a precise 850ºC through astute oxygen regulation, guaranteeing peak operational efficiency. Concurrently, waste liquid is effortlessly conveyed into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber through dedicated conduits, ensuring seamless processing and harmonious integration for unparalleled performance.
4) The flue gas, a by-product of the rotary kiln's formidable operation, advances to the secondary chamber. Within this chamber, incineration by-products such as ash and slag are expelled with exceptional efficiency via an innovative wet scraper mechanism, ensuring operations remain smooth and immaculate.
5) Inside the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes optimal combustion. By introducing organic waste liquid, the temperature is elevated to an impressive 1100ºC, intensifying the incineration process. This meticulously achieves a smokeless, odorless outcome with zero secondary pollution, as the flue gas is retained here for an exact 4 seconds. This ensures the thorough decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, attaining an astonishing decomposition efficiency surpassing 99.99%. The precise breakdown of residual organic components and carbon particles is accomplished at approximately 1100ºC. The chamber's advanced multi-stage combustion strategy significantly minimizes nitrogen oxide formation, enhancing overall environmental safety.
6) Upon exiting the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas proceeds to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Within this stage, ash content is meticulously neutralized by centrifugal force, substantially purifying the flue gas and preparing it for further treatment stages.
7) Subsequent to its passage through the cyclone, the flue gas transitions to the semi-dry quench tower. A sophisticated pressure pump skillfully channels the reaction tower to the apex of the two-fluid nozzle, converting it into fine droplets. These droplets encounter the hot ascending flue gas, establishing a dense suspended droplet zone and rapidly cooling to 200ºC within a mere second. This swift action effectively prevents dioxin regeneration and extinguishes any residual sparks, thus protecting the cloth bag from potential ignition.
8) Following this, the flue gas enters the spray washing tower, succeeded by the wet packing washing tower device. These pivotal stages play an essential role in eradicating acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring it meets rigorous environmental purity standards.
9) After its journey through the spray tower, the flue gas is elegantly released into the atmosphere via the chimney, aided by an induced draft fan that guarantees a smooth exit, thereby reducing environmental impact.
