1) The process begins by activating the blower, effectively purging the furnace of residual and flammable gases. This crucial step significantly mitigates the risk of explosions during ignition.
2) Prior to igniting the formidable burner, it's essential to initiate the induced draft fan, granting the furnace a comprehensive five-minute purge. This attentive procedure guarantees safety and maximizes efficiency as the diesel fuel elegantly courses through expertly engineered pipelines, culminating in precise ignition by the burners. The resulting radiant heat gracefully heightens the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a consistent and controlled elevation for exceptional performance.
3) Solid waste is introduced with precision into the rotary kiln using a cutting-edge feeding system. 5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, flue gas undergoes superior combustion. The introduction of organic waste liquid raises the temperature to an extraordinary 1100ºC, intensifying the incineration process. 6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is expertly neutralized by centrifugal force, substantially purifying the flue gas and preparing it for subsequent stages of treatment.
7) After departing the cyclone, the flue gas proceeds to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump adeptly maneuvers the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. These droplets engage with the hot ascending flue gas, forming a dense suspended droplet area and rapidly cooling to 200ºC in under a second.
