The innovative flue gas directional system continuously agitates waste for uniform heating, with waste residence time of 0.5-1 hour, ensuring comprehensive thermal treatment and organic matter obliteration.
Additionally, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, achieving extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter elimination. Furnace selection meets rigorous standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Before the powerful burner sparks the ignition, it's crucial to set the induced draft fan in motion, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is skillfully transported via expertly crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance.
3) Solid waste is seamlessly introduced into the rotary kiln utilizing a state-of-the-art feeding system, which ensures optimal combustion by maintaining a precise temperature of 850ºC through advanced oxygen control mechanisms. Concurrently, waste liquid is meticulously directed into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via dedicated pipelines, ensuring flawless processing and integration.
4) The flue gas, generated from the rotary kiln, makes its way to the secondary chamber, where incineration by-products, like ash and slag, are expertly expelled through a cutting-edge wet scraper mechanism. This innovative system guarantees unobstructed and immaculate operations, ensuring peak efficiency.
5) Within the sophisticated secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes an intensified combustion process. The flue gas lingers in this chamber for precisely 4.0 seconds, ensuring thorough decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, with a decomposition efficiency exceeding 99.99%. Residual organic components and carbon particles are meticulously broken down at about 1100ºC. The chamber's innovative multi-stage combustion strategy effectively reduces nitrogen oxide formation.
6) Upon exiting the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector, where ash content is expertly neutralized using centrifugal force. This strategic enhancement significantly purifies the flue gas, meticulously preparing it for the subsequent stages.
7) Following its passage through the cyclone, the flue gas transitions to the semi-dry quench tower. Here, a pressure pump adeptly guides the reaction tower to the apex of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into exceptionally fine droplets. These then interact with the ascending hot flue gas, creating a dense suspended droplet area that rapidly cools to 200ºC in just one second. 9) After traversing the spray tower, the flue gas is meticulously released into the atmosphere through the chimney, aided by an induced draft fan which ensures its smooth exit, thus minimizing any potential environmental impact.
