Additionally, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, achieving extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter elimination. Furnace selection meets rigorous standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. Post-cooling, flue gas purification meticulously removes acidic components, nitrogen oxides, and captures harmful particles and dust, ensuring vigilant component selection.
The Incinerator Device comprises the following components:

Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Before the powerful burner sparks the ignition, it's crucial to set the induced draft fan in motion, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is skillfully transported via expertly crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance.
3) Solid waste is meticulously fed into the rotary kiln through an advanced feeding system, showcasing cutting-edge technology. This high-precision mechanism ensures that the combustion temperature is maintained at a precise 850ºC, thanks to meticulous oxygen control, guaranteeing outstanding efficiency. Concurrently, waste liquid is efficiently channeled into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via specialized pipelines, ensuring seamless processing and integration for extraordinary performance.
4) The flue gas, a by-product of the rotary kiln's powerful operation, is directed to the secondary chamber. Here, incineration by-products such as ash and slag are dispatched with exceptional efficiency through an innovative wet scraper mechanism, ensuring operations are seamless and pristine.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes exceptional combustion. The introduction of organic waste liquid raises the temperature to an impressive 1100ºC, intensifying the incineration process. This results in a smokeless, odorless output with zero secondary pollution, as the flue gas resides here for an exact 4 seconds. This ensures comprehensive decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving an outstanding decomposition efficiency of over 99.99%. The precise breakdown of residual organic components and carbon particles occurs at about 1100ºC. The chamber's sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy effectively minimizes nitrogen oxide formation, further promoting environmental safety.
6) Exiting the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is deftly neutralized by centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas and setting it up for subsequent treatment stages.
7) Once the flue gas exits the cyclone, it advances to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump skillfully drives the reaction tower to the apex of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. These droplets encounter the rising hot flue gas, creating a dense suspended droplet region and rapidly cooling to 200ºC within a second. This swift action effectively curtails dioxin regeneration and extinguishes any residual sparks, protecting the cloth bag from potential fires.
8) Subsequently, the flue gas enters the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These vital stages are essential in removing acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring it meets rigorous environmental standards for purity.
9) After passing through the spray tower, the flue gas is discharged into the atmosphere via the chimney, facilitated by an induced draft fan that ensures its smooth egress, thereby minimizing environmental impact.
