Design Ideas:

The rotary kiln incinerator features a cylindrical metal shell brimming with insulating bricks, positioned horizontally but slightly inclined. Its remarkable design enables uniform mixing and movement of materials to the discharge end through gradual rotation along an inclined angle. Utilizing a flue gas directional design, continuous rotation ensures the waste within is incessantly rolled and stirred, ensuring even heat distribution. With a residence time in the rotary kiln spanning 0.5-1 hours, complete waste heating and thorough organic matter removal are assured.
Additionally, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber incinerates waste gas produced by the rotary kiln at an intense high temperature (1100ºC), achieving exceptional organic matter removal efficiency. Guided by criteria of temperature ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds, the furnace type is meticulously chosen. Post flue gas cooling, the tail gas undergoes purification, prioritizing the removal of acidic components, nitrogen oxides, and harmful component adsorption, alongside dust particle collection for optimal equipment selection.
The Incinerator Device Comprises the Following Equipment:
A comprehensive array of equipment, including a feed hydraulic transmission device, waste liquid conveyance pipeline system, rotary kiln body, primary burner, secondary combustion chamber, secondary burner, water-cooled cyclone dust removal system, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation tower, powerful exhaust fan, independent chimney, alkali storage tank and conveyance system, lye pump, blower and air supply system, intricate electrical system, instrument control system, automatic ash management device, and structured platform and support for system installation and maintenance.
Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initially, activate the blower to purge any residual or potentially explosive gases from the furnace, effectively preventing any explosion risks upon ignition.
2) Prior to igniting the burner, activate the induced draft fan and allow it to purge the furnace for a full five minutes. Diesel, as the fuel, is conveyed through pipelines and ignited via ignition burners. The resultant heat from the burner gradually elevates the temperature of the rotary kiln and the secondary chamber to the desired levels.
3) To initiate the Eco-Friendly Rotary Kiln Incinerator process, solid waste is meticulously fed into the rotary kiln via an advanced feeding system. The precise control of oxygen supply ensures the combustion temperature consistently remains at an optimal 850ºC, facilitating efficient incineration. Simultaneously, a streamlined waste liquid pipeline expertly channels waste liquid into the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced incineration capabilities.
4) Upon generation, the flue gas from the rotary kiln is expertly redirected into the secondary chamber, ensuring comprehensive gas treatment. Meanwhile, the incineration process produces ash and slag, which are proficiently expelled by an automated wet scraper system. This innovative mechanism guarantees a continuous and efficient disposal process, enhancing the efficacy of the Eco-Friendly Rotary Kiln Incinerator.
5) In the pursuit of absolute purity, the flue gas undergoes an additional combustion process in the secondary combustion chamber. Assisted by organic waste liquid, the temperature is elevated to a remarkable 1100ºC, ensuring incineration is impeccably complete, resulting in smokeless, odorless, and pollution-free emissions. Impressively, the flue gas residency in this chamber is precisely 4.0 seconds, meticulously decomposing trace organic matter and dioxins at a phenomenal efficiency exceeding 99.99%. This multi-stage combustion adeptly curtails nitrogen oxide formation, reinforcing the Eco-Friendly Rotary Kiln Incinerator's commitment to environmental sustainability.
6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas enters a cutting-edge water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Utilizing centrifugal force, this advanced system effectively settles ash content, significantly elevating the flue gas purity and ensuring superior cleanliness standards are achieved.
7) The next phase involves the flue gas transitioning to a state-of-the-art semi-dry quench tower. Here, a precision-engineered two-fluid nozzle, powered by a sophisticated pressure pump, atomizes the flue gas into fine droplets. This innovative process rapidly decreases the temperature to approximately 200 ºC within a mere second, effectively inhibiting dioxin regeneration. Concurrently, any residual sparks are expertly extinguished by a fine water mist, safeguarding the subsequent cloth bag filtration system from potential damage.
8) In the subsequent stage, the flue gas is channeled into a comprehensive spray washing tower and wet packing washing tower apparatus. This pivotal step is dedicated to the meticulous removal of acid gases, ensuring that the flue gas is impeccably cleansed before further processing.
9) Upon thorough purification, the flue gas, having traversed the spray tower, is released directly into the atmosphere through the strategically designed chimney, facilitated by a powerful induced draft fan.
