Process flow description:
Light diesel oil is delivered to the burner via the oil pipeline, with the automatic ignition system gradually increasing furnace temperature. After reaching the set temperature in about thirty minutes, the waste conveying system is activated, with waste particles crushed and fed into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Following the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion within the chamber. Post-combustion, tail gas is further burned and oxidized at high temperatures in the secondary chamber, which features a multi-hull design with three gravity dust collectors for dust collection. Flue gas enters the waste heat boiler for cooling and recycling into steam for factory use, also enabling the recycling of precious metal oxides. The flue gas is then further cooled and cleaned before being released into the atmosphere, with any valuable metal oxides in the ash checked and disposed of responsibly. Liquid interfaces are reserved, allowing for incineration of burnable waste liquids through spraying into the furnace.
