Additionally, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, achieving extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter elimination. Furnace selection meets rigorous standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. Post-cooling, flue gas purification meticulously removes acidic components, nitrogen oxides, and captures harmful particles and dust, ensuring vigilant component selection.
The Incinerator Device comprises the following components:
Feed hydraulic transmission system, waste liquid conduit, structural rotary kiln, primary burner, secondary combustion chamber, secondary burner, water-cooled cyclone dust collector, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation unit, exhaust fan, standalone chimney, alkali storage and delivery, lye pump, blower, comprehensive air supply system, electrical network, instrumentation control, automated ash disposal, installation platforms, and support structures.
Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Prior to igniting with the powerful burner, it is essential to activate the induced draft fan, setting it into motion for a comprehensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This carefully orchestrated procedure guarantees safety and optimal performance. Diesel fuel, transported through meticulously designed pipelines, reaches the burners for precise ignition. The radiant heat generated elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and the secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled escalation for peak operational efficiency.
3) Solid waste is seamlessly introduced into the rotary kiln utilizing a cutting-edge feeding system. This advanced mechanism maintains combustion at a consistent 850ºC through precise oxygen regulation, ensuring maximum efficiency. Concurrently, waste liquid is expertly channeled into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via dedicated pipelines, enabling flawless processing and integration for superior operational effectiveness.
4) The flue gas, a byproduct of the rotary kiln's intense operational capacity, travels to the secondary chamber. Within this chamber, incineration by-products such as ash and slag are expelled with remarkable efficiency through an innovative wet scraper mechanism, guaranteeing smooth and immaculate operations.
5) In the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes an advanced combustion process. The introduction of organic waste liquid raises the temperature to a formidable 1100ºC, intensifying the incineration process, achieving a smokeless, odorless finish with zero secondary pollution. The flue gas remains here for a precise 4 seconds, ensuring complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, reaching an impressive decomposition efficiency exceeding 99.99%. The precise disintegration of residual organic components and carbon particles occurs at approximately 1100ºC. The chamber's sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy effectively minimizes nitrogen oxide formation, further enhancing environmental safety.
6) Upon exiting the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is expertly neutralized by centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas in preparation for subsequent treatment stages.
7) Following its passage through the cyclone, the flue gas transitions to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump skillfully directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, dispersing it into fine droplets. These droplets encounter the ascending hot flue gas, creating a dense suspended droplet area, rapidly cooling to 200ºC within a second. This swift action effectively halts dioxin regeneration and extinguishes any residual sparks, safeguarding the cloth bag from potential fire hazards.
8) The flue gas then enters the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These pivotal stages play a crucial role in eliminating acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring compliance with stringent environmental purity standards.
9) Upon passing through the spray tower, the flue gas is released into the atmosphere via the chimney, aided by an induced draft fan, ensuring its smooth exit and minimizing environmental impact.
